Sa Fabrica is a stunning house with a definite wow factor, it was once upon a time a textile factory, one of the largest in Soller. The garden and terraces offer ample space to enjoy or hide from the sun and the enormous bbq and seating space is ideal for scrumptious gatherings. The exceptionally tall ceilings make the house cool in the summer. The main living area is open plan, making it ideal for socialising, yet it is large enough to be able to find a quite spot to snooze or play in.

Since its extensive renovation, finished July 2023, it has become a wonderful place to enjoy a well-deserved holiday in one of Mallorca’s most beautiful and historic towns - Soller! Ca’n Stolt is situated right in the heart of this lovely town! A perfect combination of traditional stone walls with modern features. Right outside your door step, you have your own peaceful garden with many different fruit trees.

This beautiful apartment on the first line of the sea has 3 double rooms, one of them with bathroom en suite. The other bathroom is located just down the hall. The kitchen (fully equipped) is open in the living room with views of the sea and promenade. Balcony / terrace and laundry area. Free Wi-Fi, air conditioning in the living room and in all rooms (hot and cold). . The only downside is that there are noisy bars nearby at night, especially in the summer.

A solo 2 minutos a pie de la Plaza de la Constitución y del famoso tranvía de madera con una pequeña terraza en la azotea para disfrutar de unas copas de vino. Olvida el coche y vive como un local, en pleno centro pero en una pequeña calle peatonal donde el tiempo se detiene Distribuída en tres plantas y a diferentes niveles. Nice little house providing all comforts with a beautiful view of Sóller. It has a garden and a swimming pool. A large terrace. Very well equipped kitchen. Everything you need to have a wonderful vacation or unwind. Due to the local Balearic Islands taxes, the ecotax should be payed directly ( for 2025 it is 2 euros/ person/day ( for over 16 years old only) + 10% VAT.
