Mowamba River Lodge

Spacious lodge on the banks of the Mowamba River situated 10 minutes drive out of Jindabyne. The lodge is secluded in a 120 acre valley, surrounded by the Snowy Mountains, with abundant wildlife including kangaroos, cockatoos, wallabies and wombats. The lodge can naturally split into two self-contained apartments with an interconnecting door that can be locked, each with a living area, kitchen, bathrooms, toilets and dining room. The South apartment is wheel-chair accessible from the car park.

Take it easy at this unique stone cottage & farm stay. Set in a rural setting 20 mins from Cooma, 45 min to Jindabyne, & 75 min to Kosciusko National Park. Drive down our shared unsealed road through neighbouring working farmland (grazing cows, calves, sheep & lambs) for approx 4km to the small self contained stone cottage. Built in the early 1800’s this is the original property on the land. The cottage has just been renovated and includes a luxury brand new bathroom with heated floor.

This spacious 3 bedroom, north facing home with uninterrupted views of the beautiful Lake Jindabyne and sounding mountains is located in Tyrolean Village a short walk to the beach, close by to the amazing mountain bike trails and five minute drive to town. Old Shearers Quarters, pets welcome, at our property, Boloco West. Just 15 mins drive to Jindabyne. Original shed facade with renovated interior and quality inclusions.
