We're approx 15 min from downtown Whiskey Row, Starbucks and Walmart. AC units in bedrooms and family room.

**Snow is a possibility during winter months. 4x4 drive MIGHT be needed.** This quaint studio home is perfect for a single individual or small family needing to get away. Easy access to the main road and a short drive to town. One queen bed in a semiprivate room and a pull out couch. One bathroom with shower only. Accessible by stairs only. Propane heater to warm the space. Small side deck for entry and a larger deck on the back of the house with a BBQ. Full kitchen setup with Keurig.

Spacious 972 sq ft over the garage guest apartment is all yours! Close to downtown Prescott headed northwest 7 miles (15 minutes) to a private gate. The gate opens and you’re in the National Forest where your retreat begins! Inside is a comfy cal-king bed, full kitchen and bath, laundry, two eating areas, two sitting areas, desk, pellet stove, mini-split heat and cool. You cannot book this apartment automatically. You must communicate direct with the owner. Non smoking, non-drinking guests.

This is the country - if animal sounds or the occasional bug or fly bothers you, this is not for you ;). There is no WiFi out there - BUT there’s a Roku TV - it REQUIRES a hot spot. We are only 25 minutes from downtown Prescott with all its amenities, and then back home to the quiet, and amazing starry skies of Skull Valley.
