Built in 1896, this traditional Cretan stone house is located in the village Sivas, Crete, Greece, with great views of the Messara plain and the mountain of Psiloritis and within walking distance to the village square. The house has been substantially restored and renovated with natural materials and great care in order to offer amenities for absolute comfort both in summer and winter time, while retaining all its traditional architectural and decorative elements, typical of the region.

Το ΧΕΛΙΔΟΝΙ είναι ένα πέτρινο σπίτι χτισμένο στο παραδοσιακό χωριό Σίβας στα νότια του νομού Ηρακλείου. Όταν αγοράστηκε το 2002 είχε 4 χελιδονοφωλιές που ήδη δεν χρησιμοποιούνταν και από εκεί πήρε και το όνομά του. Στην εσωτερική αυλή του, που είναι απομονωμένη από τον δρόμο, υπάρχει μια λεμονιά και μια ροδιά .Το σπίτι χτίστηκε το 1936.
