Extendable corner set sofa in the living room is suitable for 1-2 persons, while the central dining table is extendable for six. Our guests can easily relax in the apartment as it offers three smart LED TVs, air-conditioning, underfloor heating, Wi-Fi, fully functional kitchen equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, oven, kettle, coffee machine, and an extensive selection of kitchen utensils. The Villa is situated in a tranquil village 10 minutes from the historic old city of Dubrovnik. Large enough for groups or families as it has plenty of space and sleeps up to 12 guests in 6 bedrooms (plus 3 additional sofa beds if needed), perfect for special birthdays and small parties. The local restaurant is a 2-minute walk, the cable car is 10 minutes drive and goes directly into the Old City. Penthouse Villa Marija is placed in first small and quiet bay (first row to the sea- 30 m distance) near Korcula old town, so the walking distance to Korcula old town is only 10-15 min.You do not have to use any vehicle while you stay by us. We always try to help make your check in and check out seamless, so we wait our quests in a korcula port on the check in day. The sea in bay is very clean, also we have heard lots of nice words about the our terraces seaview , told by our past quests.
