South-facing, 300 square foot, self-contained room with a private hot tub and ocean view. Situated on 10 lovely acres near Dinner Bay park, this studio on the ground floor of the main house has a private entry through french doors off of the covered deck. Perfect for a couple (not suitable for children) or a solo Gulf Island getaway. There is no kitchen, but the room includes a small fridge with freezer, BBQ, microwave, toaster, coffee and tea. Restaurants and shops are a 10 min drive away.

On the peir you will find boat builders and canvas makers and the largest paddle sport operation on the island. Brentwood spa is a 4 minute walk down the path , seahorse cafe is next door and butchart gardens is in the same bay. All who come to Brentwood bay love the little island feel at portside marina .

Charming 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom suite located 9.5km from BC Ferries and only 4.5km to Victoria airport (YYJ). We are close to downtown Sidney, a short 15 minute drive to Butchart Gardens and 35 minutes to downtown Victoria. There is a bus on the route, but we are in a rural area and the bus is sporadic. There are plenty of beaches and hiking trails near by as well as the local golf course. Suite is attached to the host home, yet completely private with a separate entrance.
