The Old Smithy.

A bright and airy converted former blacksmiths adjacent to our house with wood burner, bedroom with king sized bed, a mezzanine bedroom with sofa bed (accessed via steep steps so not suitable for infants or elderly), open plan living room and kitchenette and bathroom (with shower). Kids and pets welcome. We welcome groups of up to 6 BUT RECOMMEND NO MORE THAN 4 ADULTS for max comfort. 150 yds from the Red Lion known for its real ales and within easy walking distance of the thatched Half Moon

The Castle Hedingham Hideaway

Our Hideaway is a secure retreat for couples of all ages. It's situated inside our large private gated garden(no steps) Guests can relax with a drink on the patio whilst taking in the amazing garden and spectacular woodland setting. Lovely country walks. Wonderful Autumn colours. The village has 2 pubs, tea room and 3 all weather tennis courts. A small child's bed can be made available(small extra nightly cost). We are dog friendly. No smoking/vaping Multi channel Freesat TV and fast 5G WiFi

Luxury interior with high end furnishings, exclusive use of wood fired hot tub, fire pit barbecue. Nestled in a small private glade next to a brook with views over the meadow, and countryside beyond, an abundance of wildlife all around a great place to get away from it all. Wood burning stove, kitchen, shower, toilet, comfy double bed. Rural cartlodge on a family run arable farm

A cosy cottage on a small working family farm near the Essex/Suffolk border. Within walking distance of the beautiful village of Castle Hedingham. It is the perfect base for exploring the countryside, enjoying the wildlife, visiting the local venues or the historic villages of Finchingfield, Thaxted, Lavenham and Long Melford, which are all within a 30-minute drive. Alternatively, there is boating on the nearby river Stour, or just enjoying a drink at one of the country pubs along its route.

Situated on the edge of beautiful Finchingfield & surrounded by fields, The Round House is the perfect getaway for cozying up or getting out & about in the gorgeous countryside. With beams galore, a central stacked fireplace with log burner, a compact galley kitchen & dining area. Upstairs is a double bedroom & stunning bathroom. Outside the house is surrounded by garden with amazing views over stunning countryside.

Ballingdon Mill is an artists retreat in an 18th century windmill base on the edge of Sudbury, Suffolk, a small bustling market town in the heart of Gainsborough country. If seeking a cosy, spacious, 'off grid' bolt hole a stone's throw from London we are for you. We make a dreamy spacious space for romantic couples - or the perfect crash pad for up to 4 guests wishing to bunk up for the night - perfect for wedding guests). Dogs welcome but the pet fee is charged for extra cleaning.

The Cart Lodge - a rural country retreat.

Relax in this detached former cart lodge surrounded by beautiful countryside and located in the owners’ grounds in a great rural location. The Cart Lodge can accommodate up to 5 people, with the Master Bedroom having a King size bed and the second bedroom having a Queen size bed and single bed. We take the utmost care in cleaning the property including disinfecting frequently touched surfaces between reservations so that it is safe for our guests upon arrival.

Cottage in Sudbury

The cottage is perfectly located near the town centre and surrounded by footpaths and beautiful ancient water meadows. A lovely place to rest and recharge. Sudbury area is very dog friendly and you can enjoy most pubs and restaurants with your pooch. We are close to historical towns of Long melford and Lavenham. 10 minute walk to town and shops 15 minute walk to bus and train station 1-2 minute walk to restaurants 1-2 minute walk to meadows and footpaths
