The farm is sheltered in a valley without an immediate neighbor close by. A spring-fed creek runs the whole length of the 140-acre main farm. This is a great place to visit for outdoor activities or to relax in country life. There are opportunities to observe farm animals, wildlife, farm endeavors and different seasons.

In the summer build your own dam or in the winter cross country ski along the edges of the stream and get a full view of the West Arlington valley. We are located minutes to Manchester viliage, shopping outlets, Equinox Resort, Hildene, and the Equinox Skyline drive. We are 20 minutes to Bromley and 35 minutes to Stratton and Magic Mountain.
