Great public transport links and only 20 minutes drive to the Suffolk coast/Norwich City.

The Old Music Room

The Old Music Room is in the beautiful and special village of Geldeston, in the Broads National Park. It’s a super-insulated ecologically-built guest house clad in traditional oak boarding, with a living wild-flower roof and stunning views directly out over the Waveney Valley. Geldeston is a glorious place to be and enjoyed by many visitors. The village is on the river Waveney with lots of places to access the river, very popular with walkers, cyclists and boaters. Walking distance to 2 pubs.

Semi-detached one bedroom Cottage with views over the river. Situated 1 minutes walk to the Beccles open air heated public swimming pool and only 3 minutes walk to the vibrant town centre and river. Accommodation is on three levels with a large double bedroom, kitchen diner leading to the shower room and toilet, and lounge area containing a double sofa-bed. A conservatory off the lounge leads to a utility room with downstairs toilet and a south facing patio area. Off-road parking included.

You and your dog/s can enjoy a private enclosed meadow to sit and watch the wildlife fly over head. Dip your feet in the River Waveney situated alongside the dog friendly village pub, a mere 5 mins walk away or stroll along to the woods. Your young child/ren too can experience glamping, we can set up a chair bed with a mattress topper for a cosy stay. Den building in the meadow will be a delight as they embrace nature around them. Hidden within woodland on our Waveney Valley farm and lovingly shaped around living trees, it is a deeply romantic hideaway designed for slow mornings and candlelit evenings. Glowing stained glass, bespoke woodcraft and storybook details create an intimate, enchanting escape — secluded, soulful and utterly unforgettable. Strictly no pets, but you’re very welcome to borrow ours.

Our accommodation is self-contained; a living space with two sets of French doors giving views over fields stretching for miles including a wood burner, washing machine, dishwasher, fridge, oven and hob. A bedroom that sleeps two in a super king bed with French doors overlooking fields. A large bathroom with a large walk-in shower.

Wainford Mill House is a spacious riverside property opening directly onto the River Waveney. Step from the back door to a private footbridge, boat access and around an acre of riverside gardens with woodland, a wood-fired pizza oven and excellent wild swimming. Light, airy rooms suit large groups, with a mix of en-suites and family bathrooms. Full of character and well-behaved pets are welcome.

Beautiful hideaway in rural Norfolk, on the edge of the Broads within the picturesque Waveney Valley. The cart lodge has everything you could need for a relaxed stay in the countryside. With its own front door, kitchen/dining room, bedroom/lounge and toilet/shower room. This accommodation is not suitable for children. We also have a small campsite on site.
