The Stables have been converted into a cosy country cottage with contemporary furnishings, fitted kitchen, bedroom with super king bed, en suite bathroom, shower room, wood burner, 2 TVs and wifi, books and games, and tennis court (by arrangement).

Beach Hut Seaside Retreat, FOR DAY USE ONLY

PLEASE NOTE THE BEACH HUT IS FOR DAY USE ONLY Daily use beach hut. Second row hut with sea views. Close to kiosk and newly refurbished toilets and car park. A great place to spend some days relaxing by the sea, make a cuppa, walk, read, picnic lunch, have a swim and then have a snooze before a fish and chip supper. The hut is rustic, but comfortable, long benches with cushions for naps, and a stove and kettle. Ideal for couples, families and friends gathering. Doggie friendly.

The cottage happily sleeps four but is perfect as a luxurious retreat for two. Location is amazing - Just a few minutes walk from the Market Hill, the Thoroughfare and glorious River Deben. Copse House is the old village Police House. situated outside of the village in two acres, with its own paddock/stables. The garden and paddock are totally dog safe and secure. Guests have total access to the paddock if required to exercise their dog. One main bedroom with double bed. However the lounge has a sofa bed that we can provide bedding for existing guests/child. The Annexe is totally self contained, it has its own drive and enterance. Completed to a high standand

The Hayloft is a two bedroom barn conversion in the lovely village of Orford Suffolk with beautiful views of the river and the countryside! It is part of a small development of barn buildings located in a quiet corner of the village but just a few minutes walk away from the river. We are a semi-detached property with close by neighbours The Castle, Pump St Bakery, Pubs, Butley Oysterage, are only a few minutes walk away. A great base to explore the Suffolk Coast 🤍

The Coach House, Melton, Woodbridge

The house is a converted coach house set in beautiful gardens and an ideal base from which to explore the area's many attractions. There are two double rooms (one of which can be converted to a twin) both with ensuites. Fully furnished chalet style kitchen, with an induction hob and small fridge with an ice box. Perfect for creating light meals and additional fridge storage is available if needed. Cozzy living area with smart TV and circular table for seating 4.

This comfortable and charming brick and flint cottage boasts light and airy accommodation is well placed for exploring the area’s many delights, walking, cycling and bird watching are especially catered for locally. Bawdsey is also the home of radar and close to Sutton Hoo, Anglo Saxon burial site.

The Cottage is at the end of a pretty tree-lined drive set in the 12 acre grounds of Street Farm. It is a beautiful setting with water meadow and streams, surrounded by an abundance of wildlife. The cottage is detached and well away from the farmhouse making it a wonderfully peaceful and secluded place to relax. There are many footpaths to explore straight from the Cottage, with both the River Deben and Newbourne Springs Nature Reserve in easy walking distance.
