The Loft, Cromer, Norfolk

This bijou stand-alone loft conversion was lovingly restored by the host Guy Spurrell, utilising eco friendly, reclaimed building materials. This beautiful and compact space has often been likened to staying in a ship’s quarters but without the perils of the sea. The property is situated just a stone’s throw away from the beautiful sandy beach and prom and is only two minutes walk from Cromer’s famous grade II listed pier. The Good Shepherd, located in the seaside village of Overstrand is just a 3 minute walk to the beach and 1 mile from the Victorian fishing town of Cromer. The Shepherds Hut is situated on a secluded plot at the side of our property, overlooking flower beds and exotic shrubs. The hut contains a comfortable double bed, log burner and mini fridge. There are tea/coffee facilities, fridge, hairdryer, Internet access. There is a private hot tub for your sole use. Free parking can usually be found on the street. Rinkydinks is just two streets from the sea. Come and stay, for summer bubbles or winter snuggles.
