Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms and a half bath, downstairs a master bedroom with bathroom, open concept living room kitchen area. And Main level laundry area. Ready for a long vacation or a quick getaway.

Store, gas station, are just 5 minutes away. Drive 5 minutes to the Red River and go tubing down rapids in summer or the sledding hill in winter! Enjoy simple, quiet time away. No pets please.
