The Carriage House Studio at Marion Hall Mansion

Unique and private loft that was once the stables of the carriage house of Frank Enger. Mr. Enger’s family manufactured carriages and shipped them around the country in the 1800s. When Frank took over, he eventually began putting motors in the carriages and ultimately founded the Enger Motor Company. This is a great home for a family to come together and stay. This neighborhood is family-friendly and very quiet. We are close to Kings Island, Top Golf, Main Event, outlet shopping, and the Western & Southern Open. There are two bedrooms that can be accessed without steps for anyone in your party who may need one-level living. However, there are three additional bedrooms in the basement that would require access via steps. Please reach out with any questions as we are happy to assist you.
