Gentle river walks, hill walking, mountain biking fishing and wild swimming all on your doorstep. A user friendly kitchen and a cafe two minutes walk from the door. Surrounded by stunning countryside, this cottage has everything. A few pairs of osprey around at the moment, otters in the Tweed. Perfect getaway. Bike storage in back garden .

The town is home to the Melrose Rugby Sevens & the Borders Book Festival & boasts many restaurants, cafes & independent shops. St. Cuthbert’s Way, Melrose Abbey & the Eildon Hills are a short walk away. The open plan lounge/kitchen is well-equipped while the ensuite open plan bedroom is cosy with a bright bathroom with bath/shower. There is also a small private direct access courtyard garden at the rear.

It's right on the Scottish Border, close to Kielder and Newcastleton (both five miles away), and ideal for visiting Kielder observatory, Kielder Forest, the Borders or north Northumberland.
