The Nook at Newalls- luxury shepherd’s hut

Nestled in the hills 5 minutes outside Kendal, the hut sits in its own private meadow, enjoying far reaching views of the fells. Choose to hunker down in the hut with a book, play board games and unplug from the rest of the world or use it as a base to explore Kendal and the beautiful Lake District National Park. Step inside and you'll find a snug and cosy retreat with King sized bed, log burner and underfloor heating. Outside, enjoy the dark skies from the patio and the private fire pit area.

Bumble Cottage is a recently renovated semi-detached barn conversion. The cottage is less than a 5 minute walk from the main street in Sedbergh village and the Yorkshire Dales Way is right outside the front door. It has been furnished to a high standard and is the ideal getaway. This chocolate box village has stunning hikes, bike rides, wild swimming, golf and fishing for the outdoor type. It's the perfect base: head out walking in the hills straight from your door or use our electric bikes to explore the quiet lanes. When you get back, soak in the wood fired hot tub and enjoy a drink on the terrace while admiring the wonderful view of the fells.

No.26 is a traditional cottage situated on Greenside, which is a beautiful picturesque area of Kendal. The cottage overlooks the village green and consists of a cosy sitting room with log burner, kitchen/dining room, and WC on ground floor. The first floor accommodates a beautifully decorated double bedroom and spacious bathroom. The property benefits from an exterior porch and utility room which provides secure storage space for boots, bikes or golf clubs.

Converted Barn, Patterdale in the Lake District

Welcome to Crook a Beck Barn, Patterdale a former Cart Barn which we lovingly restored during 2017. The Barn is located on the original coach road in the hamlet of Crook a Beck, next to the village of Patterdale, in the heart of the Lake District, in one of the most beautiful Lake District valleys. During peak season - April to the end of October, 7 nights minimum stay with a Friday changeover. Short breaks may be available so please drop us a message to ask!
