The main floor has a king-size bedroom, plus a second floor loft space with a 2 full-size beds and a queen bed. Couch also pulls out to a bed! Located on Secord Lake, approx 815 sq acres in beautiful Gladwin County. Anglers can expect to find a variety of fish including Black Crappie, Bluegill, and Largemouth Bass to name a few. Tranquility Cove, Fun All Year!

Our slice of Heaven to share with you! Located on 864 acre Secord Lake. Northern Michigan’s finest. The current lake levels are low but still have a sandy area and great fishing. We provide some fun water items to still take advantage of the water. Some owners still use their boats at low speeds but it’ not recommended. Swimming and non motorized activities are enjoyable. We provide a paddle boat, kayaks and a few life jackets. Don’t forget Ice fishing. Trails near by for ATV lovers.

Finished garage/game room, gazebo, fire pit and gas log fireplace. Close to 5 area wedding venues! Easy access off M-61 on a paved road. Currently we enjoy the natural flow of the Tittabawassee River but please note that there no good access point to get on/in the water. Restoration of the dam creating the lake is estimated to be complete in 2026.
