This 15-acre forest retreat on Littlefield Pond offers our guests an experience that feels like a trip up to the woods of northern Maine, but is closer to home and to all the attractions of southern Maine.

Architect-designed alpine cabin with panoramic White Mountain views, including Mount Washington Relax in the hot tub, watch the sunset over the mountains, and enjoy a peaceful forest setting close to lakes, hiking trails, and skiing. 4WD or AWD REQUIRED Nov 1st-April 15th Starting May–Fall 2026, there may occasionally be (weekday only) construction noise up the road (250ft) from neighbors building their home. Work would occur roughly 8am–4/5pm and not every day. Cannot see it from the house.

Our Lakeland Retreat is a 2-bedroom tiny home, with an outdoor sauna, deck and gas BBQ. Just a 2 minute walk brings you to a boat ramp with access to a quiet lake, great for using our kayaks. Inside, features a master bedroom with a queen bed and a loft with 1 Queen bed and 1 full bed, ideal for a small group or family. The tiny home features A/C, a full bathroom, full kitchen, dining area and living room with a fireplace and TV with complimentary Netflix. We are just minutes to all amenities.

Newly built guesthouse above owner's garage with insane sunrises & great view. Property is located on 36 acres, owner lives on site in a separate house with her 3 dogs, 1 exceptionally lazy cat and 4 rogue chickens (they may all come visit you!). Grounds have ancient apple trees, loads of perennial gardens with more in progress, berries and an organic vegetable garden that we would love to share from if desired. Wolf's Neck State Park and Wolf's Neck Farm are a short walk away, and Downtown Freeport.

Songo Lock Cabins #1 (Located at Historic Site)

The cabins are over 100 years old and date back to the early 1900's.. Every year we add new things . The cabins are on the water and have their own dock. The Songo Locks is hand operated and opens to allow boats in and lowers them so they can continue down river into Sebago Lake.
