Open-plan fully-equipped new kitchen, big comfortable sofa, TV/Wifi, separate shower room. Super king double bed, plus 2 single beds on large mezzanine floor with a sea view.

The Lodge Retreat is nestled at the bottom of a secluded garden pathway in the sleepy suburb of Southbourne and is a stones throw from Bournemouth’s award winning beaches. There’s plenty of free street parking and more often than not, you can get the street space directly outside of the property. Cornwall Cottage has been loved by four generations of our family - we have many happy memories of holidays spent in the beautiful village of Seaview. The cottage is comfortable, cosy and child friendly, it is the perfect base for a seaside holiday - beaches, boating, biking, bucket and spade, crabbing, eating, exploring, fishing, pubbing, riding, stone skimming, swimming, sitting in the sun, ship spotting, shrimping and walking are some of the things we love to do when we are here.

Gull House is newly renovated to a high standard & is laid out over three floors. Four double bedrooms and bathrooms as well as two TV rooms make this house perfect for two families sharing.
