The Bothy is an authentic, traditional Highland dwelling, carefully restored to preserve its original features and character while providing essential facilities, warmth and comfort. A farmyard location in the midst of our highland home and in the heart of wild, romantic Perthshire, at the foot of the famous Schiehallion. Two miles from the village of Kinloch Rannoch at the head of the loch, the Bothy is an ideal base for outdoor adventures, observing wildlife or a relaxing escape from the city.

Skylark Seaview Studio

Welcome to our self-contained hilltop studio surrounded by fields and panoramic views over the Northumbrian coast. A place to unwind and reconnect with nature. Located within walking distance of a remote outstretched beach and just a few miles from the coastal village of Alnmouth and historical village of Warkworth. Alnmouth train station is only a 5 minute drive. From here you can travel directly to Edinburgh in 1 hour. The studio features an open plan sleeping/ living area with a kitchen.

Garden Cottage with hot tub, castle & sea views

This charming cottage is completely unique having the old Redcastle ruin as a back drop and views of the Beauly Firth directly in front. There is an idyllic stream going through the garden and we have recently planted a wild flower meadow at the end of the garden. It has been beautifully refurbished in 2023 and we feel incredibly proud of the results. The cottage is located in the sleepy hamlet of Milton of Redcastle and really is an idyllic and very comfortable place to come and unwind.

The Hogget Hut, Hot Tub & *BBQ Hut

Nestled amongst the majestic Scottish hills of The Trossachs National Park, the hidden gem of Balquhidder Glen is home to The Hogget Hut. This shepherd’s hut offers a unique, secluded escape for honeymooners, adventure seekers, and anyone looking to relax, unwind, and soak up the stunning scenery. Enjoy the beauty of Loch Voil, explore the hills or watch the wildlife. Unwind in the wood-fired hot tub or retreat to the Nordic-style BBQ hut* to round off the day (*subject to availability).

Eddrachillis House is a comfortable, modern home with spectacular views over Badcall Bay and its islands, two miles south of Scourie on the NC500. Lusa Bothy is a luxury getaway location for couples on the Isle of Skye. It was the idea of the owner to renovate an old stone building into an amazing space with a feast for the senses in mind. High end, bespoke creations and craftsmanship completed by professional artisans using local materials and artwork, some of which are over 250 years old, make Lusa Bothy a quirky mix of the old, the new, and the upcycled, wrapped in traditional, Highland warmth.
