Smjesten je 5 minuta voznje od aerodroma i par minuta od svih bitnih sadrzaja (bazen, dućani, muzej, šetnice, stadion, nogometni teren...). Pogodno je za boravak obitelji s malom djecom. Apartman kao stan se sastoji od dnevnog boravka, dvije sobe, kuhinje, kupaonice i terase sa svim sadržajima.

Besplatni su: stabilan wi-fi, Android TV40", gradsko centralno grijanje, A/C, privatno parkirno mjesto u garaži u zgradi. Apartman se nalazi u novom naselju u četvrti Ferenščica, samo 4 km od centra grada i samo 2 km od Glavnog autobusnog kolodvora. Konzum market i Bipa drogerija udaljeni su 100 metara. Tramvajska stanica udaljena je 5 minuta hoda.

Apartment 'BELLA' is newly renovated spacious 70 m2 apartment on the first floor for up to 5 people (4+1). We are located 4 minutes walk from the main square and 2 minutes from park Zrinjevac. We can check you in or send you self check in instructions.

Tram station is 230 meters away (3 minutes walk). It is a 35 minutes drive to center of town. Bus station to Ljubljanica (Remiza) is 10 meters from apartment :). Jarun Market (Tržnica Jarun) is 80 meters away. There you have bars, restaurants, groceries, flower market... It is a must-see place. Lake Jarun is some 15 minutes walk. Banks and ATM-s are right around the corner.
