The Terrace is formed by a double-room in two floors, recently completely renovated and decorated with style. It is located in Settignano, a small neighborhood 6 km from the center of Florence with bus n.10 which end of line is only 50 meters from the access gate of the house. In 15 minutes you can easily reach the center of the city. Beside the gate there s the bar Vida, always full of delicious pastries and fresh tramezzino sandwiches.

Two-level apartment , inside an ancient tobacco factory dating back to the 1930s, finely restored with a view of the Mugello hills. The international Mugello racetrack is 5 minutes away. Florence can be reached in just 40 minutes by car. 12x6 swimming pool available to our guests. The property houses 16 apartments. Swimming pool 12X6 open from 20 May to 15 September. The apartment has a private parking space inside the condominium square.
