A 3rd floor apartment at the top of a Victorian home just off the corner of Centennial Park. A short walk to everything downtown. Nestled just steps from the water this lakeside spot is in the middle of it all that Douglas & Saugatuck have to offer. Walk or bike to both towns, the marina, public boat launch and the iconic Red Dock. There's so much to do here such and your minutes from it all. There are wineries, breweries, golf courses, fantastic restaurants and shops not to mention Oval Beach.

Newly remodeled, very cozy space. One queen sized bed. Kitchen contains microwave, mini fridge, air fryer and outdoor grill. Very close to I196. Honestly, there is some highway noise but while being inside it’s harder to hear. Easy access to get to Holland, Saugatuck, and Grand Rapids. Security cameras on outside of premises. no smoking of any kind or drug use on premises. I clean this air bnb myself so if you have any problems with it not being clean please contact me immediately
