Access to kayaks on premises. There’s a private clothing optional area/deck with a massage table , hot tub and loungers. We recently added a fire pit.

There is so much to love about this charming little house! It was built in 1905 and has many original features such as 11ft ceilings, hardwood floors and multiple built in fireplaces. Yet it also has a few modern day updates such as the fully stocked, island kitchen; the best of both worlds! You can enjoy your morning coffee in the rocking chairs on the front porch and grill dinner under the string lights on the back deck where we have a cute, fenced in back yard! Great for naturalists with a 1.5 acre fresh water pond for exotic birds and wildlife and near to the Harris Neck Wildlife Refuge. We have 2 double kayaks, a canoe, 8 bikes, a hot tub and a sky for stargazing. The well-equipped kitchen opens to the great room with bedrooms on each wing. Pets welcome and plenty of parking.

The outdoor living is awesome here - plenty of room to park a boat and a fully fenced yard.
