My modern apartament is everything you need on a summer day just to feel like home, with slightly differencies🤗. It can host to 4 people as it has one full bed and two comfy sofas (suitable for two adults), one bathroom and balcony.There is also a kitchen equipped with necessary cooking things , and also a refrigerator and of course air- conditioner. The living-room is provided with a TV and also you can use the Wi-Fi that will be at your disposal while your stay.The grill is waiting for you😉

On the ground floor, there is a large living space with a fireplace and a bathroom. Three double rooms are located in the upper floor, while on the top, there is a bedroom linked to a stunning veranda. Surrounded by a careful gardening touch, our villa becomes the perfect place for those who need a peaceful state of mind.

Relax with your family or your friends at this peaceful place to stay. This place is comfortable for up to 5 persons, because the L-shaped sofa is large enough for two persons to sleep on, as it measures 3 by 3 meters. The conditions are: air conditioning, kitchen , wifi , free parking and a Smart Tv with Netflix and other apps. It is only a five minute walk from the sea. So every thing such as markets and the beach are really close. Do not hesitate to immediately book our place.

Akeron's Villa - 2nd Floor

Our house is located in the nearest village to Saranda. It offers a great mountain view and it is very peaceful. Here you will feel very comfortable and like at home! The city center is a 5-minute car drive from the property or 30' on foot downhill. It is recommended though to use a vehicle. Since the nicest beaches are outside the city, you'll avoid the traffic and reach those destinations faster from our villa.
