The house has a large open kitchen, dining and lounge space. A recent renovation of the bathroom, laundry and bedrooms will add to that true holiday feel.

We live on the property but unless guest need us their stay will be totally private Bonville International Golf club 3 minute drive, 10 minute drive away from Sawtell where you can have dinner in the beautiful Main Street, 10 minute drive to Mylestom to have a picnic by the river, 10 minute drive to Coffs Harbour Airport, 12 minute drive to Coffs Harbour city centre, 15 minute drive to Bellingen
