Apartamento da Praia is part of The Garden Residences a deluxe condominium sitting within walking distance of the beach. The condominium garden and swimming pool enable guests to enjoy our temperate climate in relaxing surroundings. It is located on the southern coast of the island of São Miguel near the beaches of Pópulo and Milicias (5minute-walk), only 5 km away from the centre of Ponta Delgada, and 7 km from the airport. The natural pools in Lagoa can be reached in 10 minutes.

Located in Fajã de Baixo, about 4 km from Ponta Delgada city center, it offers a peaceful and authentic setting. Check-in is from 4:00 PM to 10:00 PM and may be adjusted subject to availability.
