Bellissima casa con giardino e piscina condominiale, composta da 2 stanze, una matrimoniale ed una con letti a castello, soggiorno, due bagni, divano letto. Aria condizionata, lavastoviglie, tavoli e sedie per l'esterno. La piscina, molto grande e sempre perfettamente pulita, è in uso tutti i giorni e troverete in dotazione i teli gratuitamente. La zona di Porto Pino è bellissima con le spiagge tra le piu' belle della Sardegna. Forniamo assistenza all'ospite e siamo disponibili per tutto.

Is Spigas si trova a 3 Km dalla spiaggia di Porto Pino, con le sue famose dune una delle più belle della Sardegna, e a 3 Km da Sant'Anna Arresi, dove si possono trovare supermercati, negozi, ristoranti etc.

In just 4–5 minutes by bike, you can reach some of the most beautiful beaches in Italy, supermarkets, the Chia Laguna Hotel, and a variety of excellent restaurants. I know the area like the back of my hand and will be happy to help you discover it like a local.

Brand-new two-level house with a huge garden (3,000 m² -32292ft² ), a private swimming pool, and just a 7-minute walk from Spiaggia Grande Beach. Set in the countryside and surrounded by unspoiled nature, it offers peace and privacy while staying close to the sea. Every year we focus on improving our guests’ comfort. For 2026, we completely renovated the kitchen and added a dishwasher and a large fridge, plus an automatic gate at the entrance for easier access.

Vacation House close to the sea and services

Comfortable house close to the sea of Porto Pino and handy for the town servicies. Suitable for families of 4 max 5 peaople, is composed by a big bright lunch room well equipped wich is also kitchen and relax room with air conditioned ad internet wifi. The house has a double room with double bed a d another room with two single beds.. Outside there is a big private courtyard, and a nice roofed verandah where to dine outdoor during the summer evenings.

L'appartamento e' arredato con tutto il necessario per una confortevole vacanza. La terrazza con vista mare è l ideale per cene all aperto. Nelle vicinanze i seguenti servizi: banca, posta, supermercati, bar e ristoranti tipici.. etc. All arrivo verrà richiesta l imposta turistica: 0,50€ a notte per i maggiori di 14 anni fino ad un massimo di 14 giorni. Casa accogliente e dotata di tutti i confort

La casa è situata nel centro storico di Sant'antioco e si sviluppa in due piani. Al piano terra si trova la zona giorno con divano, TV e cucina con di tutti gli elettrodomestici (Frigorifero, fornetto). Inoltre e' presente un cortile con ampio barbeque e tavolo e sedie per pranzi e cene all'aperto. Al primo piano si trovano le due camere da letto e il bagno completo di lavabo, vaso, bidet, box doccia e lavatrice.
