Enjoy the best of Santa Barbara from this beautiful 1-bedroom guest suite (attached to our house) in the Mesa neighborhood. Located on a quiet cul-de-sac, this unit is perfect for a nice getaway retreat. We are a short distance (3.5 blocks) from the beach stairs (241 steps); a beautiful bluff-front park (Douglas Family Preserve); Shoreline Park; close to great restaurants; a lovely organic market; and just a short drive (~7 minutes) to State Street and Santa Barbara's famed Funk Zone.

Newly remodeled bedroom (with cal king bed), attached bathroom, patio with private entrance, and self check-in. Across the street there is a nature preserve with a 1.5 mile walking path offering bird watching, Los Carneros Lake, and the historic Stow House. The house is 2-stories with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms above the unit. The bedrooms above are carpeted, and we insulated the ceiling above you in an attempt to mitigate the noise, but the 60 year old floors can squeak.

Recently remodeled studio. Studio has private entrance and one private parking space. King size bed makes a great place to relax, only 5 minute drive to UCSB, Cottage Hospital and Goleta pier/beach. We have the fastest WIFI internet available in the area so working from the studio is not a problem. Studio shares a wall with the main house but we are a quiet family so noise should not be an issue. New appliances and smart TV. Water softener and filter system throughout.

It is separated from the house by a breezeway with looked doors at both ends. Unit has private parking and entrance. Floor to ceiling window take advantage of the view, but design of the structure and the landscaping maintain your privacy. Unit has separate kitchen, bathtub, shower, washer and dryer.

Charming Montecito Garden Suite

This sunlit garden suite is located in the heart of the Butterfly Beach neighborhood of Montecito and is the perfect setting for a couple’s romantic getaway or a solo traveler seeking a serene environment. The suite offers a private entrance in the back of our home which is located on a quiet cul-de-sac. It is a mere 6-minute walk to either Butterfly Beach or Coast Village Road, which is known for its distinctive boutiques and restaurants.

Welcoming Homestay Apartment located in the SB foothills with great views of the mountains, ocean, and islands. Semi private as hosts live on property. Has its own entry/patio. Oakview Place is a quiet, cozy 1-bedroom retreat in the prestigious San Roque neighborhood. After a day of exploring Santa Barbara, relax with a glass of wine on your own private patio, watching the sun set through the 300 year-old oak trees. Or, walk a few blocks to Harry's, our favorite watering hole. If you like to hike, Oakview Place is one block to Steven's Park and the Jesusita Trail. Off street parking. No pets.
