The one-story house is accessible, spacious and very bright and from every room you can see the fields or the forest. The birds are listening. Two large windows connect the house to the outside, where the porch invites you to enjoy the landscape. The decoration is minimalist and they dominate the clear tones and the wood. An ideal choice for any time of the year.

Mas Costa

Surrounded by forested hills and fields, this is a perfect location for anyone who loves nature and tranquility. The area is famous for its bike paths, numerous hiking trails, birdwatching and historical landmarks. We also live on the property, in the small detached house. The surrounding area is shared with our family as we attend our vegetable gardens and care for the animals. Parties and events with loud music and excessive alcohol are strictly forbidden, as it is not suited or acceptable.

És una casa adosada amb jardí privat al centre del poble. La casa és petita però amb molt d'encant. A la planta baixa hi ha un rebedor, una sala d'estar-menjador amb cuina oberta, un bany simple i una habitació per la rentadora. Desde planta baixa s'accedeix a un jardí privat on pendre el sol i relaxar-te i on pots disposar d'una petita barbacoa. A la primera planta hi ha un bany complert, una habitació doble amb llit-niu i una habitació doble amb llit de matrimoni amb un vestidor-despatx.

Beautiful 17th-century renovated house, spanning 3 floors with over 100m². Perched at 1400m and facing south, it features a large, very flowery garden and a breathtaking view of the valley, Canigou, and the Carança massifs. Ideal for disconnecting! Wildlife is omnipresent and easy to observe. Numerous hiking or mountain biking trails start directly from the house. Our hamlet enjoys a Mediterranean climate and is located 40 minutes from the ski slopes and one hour from the sea.
