We are a hop, skip, and a jump to Lake Hartwell, 6 miles to Brown Road Boat Ramp and 13 miles from Portman Marina for your fishing and boating needs. We are also 8 miles from downtown Pendleton, SC and 11 miles from downtown Anderson, SC both have local restaurants and shopping.

Close to Clemson, I- 85, Lake Hartwell, and Anderson. My 2023 Wildwood 28vbxl CAMPER sits in my driveway which is also home to Freedom Fences, a non profit animal rescue. This is a working farm so people are always milling around. Well behaved, housetrained animals allowed but must be crated if left alone. Great spot for Clemson football. 25 minutes to Greenville. 10 minutes from downtown Anderson. Less than 7 miles to Garrison arena. NO Smoking! If you are high maintenance, don't book!
