As well as room for your boat and off street parking we offer you the ability to launch your boat at Island Point Reserve Boat Ramp and leisurely moor your boat off the property for the entire length of your stay. Mid-week stays make for magical, uncrowded stretches of sand, with less of the monopoly that the weekends bring about. This is Sandy feet and salty hair.
