Light, bright and spacious. From the moment you walk in you'll feel calm and relaxed. Fire up the wood fire or simply press a button for instant warmth or cool. Comfy Koala mattresses on beds also equipped with electric blankets. Clean, white stone bench tops and a large cooktop and oven if eating-in is your plan. Stylish and comfortable living spaces. Streamlined bathroom and ensuite, each with a large glass-walled shower. Enjoy the grassy front deck area or sit around the fire pit at the back.

Family Foreshore Beach House. Tucked at the end of a quiet culdesac this relaxed foreshore hideaway is made for barefoot holidays. Two living areas give families space to spread out while cosy bedrooms invite slow mornings with sea views. Superbly located within easy walking distance to beautiful calm swimming beaches, coffee shops, restaurant, minimart & takeaways. A very short drive to surf beaches & main attractions. 15 minute drive to Cowes, Penguin Parade, Nature Parks & other attractions. Avoid traffic over busy periods by bringing your bike! There is a sealed bike track on your doorstep! Enjoy a short bike ride (or 5 min drive!) to Churchill Island, The Chocolate Factory, Newhaven, San Remo & surrounds.

Warneet Retreat

Warneet retreat is a cosy little home away from home. It's ideal for couples or singles. It has a queen size bed. Well behaved dogs are welcome! It's separate from the main house and has front and back doors, a fenced deck and barbecue area. There is a hairdryer, ironing board and iron supplied. The kitchen has a large fridge, electric cook top and microwave oven. Relax in front of the 50 inch TV, watch Netflix or play a game.The retreat is heated and cooled by a split system.

Sol House, Kilcunda

Sol House was designed to capture the sunlight from sunrise to sunset. This pre-fabricated block-style beach house was built in 2021, to fit the setting of the relaxed, surfy vibe of Killy. A short 350m stroll to the iconic Kilcunda General Store for a morning coffee or the Ocean View Hotel for a cold beer and dinner. Or sit back on the porch overlooking the adjacent parkland down to the wild Bass Coast ocean. Enjoy the flowing gardens, firepit and outdoor entertainment area!

Beautiful views ever changing from the 1 bedroom apartment in a complex with other apartments. Quiet location and 10 min walk to the beach. Fully equipped kitchen and laundry. The lounge and bedroom open out to the spacious deck and the view. Well behaved pets welcome, dog beach only 10 min walk away plus large shared lawn within the complex of apartments. We have no fenced area to leave your dog, ok inside while you are there. A great place to unwind and watch the ocean.
