At this private oasis surrounded by gorgeous greenery you would never know you are a short eight minute walk from the hustle and bustle of Downtown with a thirteen foot waterfall just down the river that tunes out the noise of the city. We provide daily towel service and breakfast from 8:30-9:30am.

Riverwalk Ultimate Luxury Suite w/ pool & spa

This is the most luxurious suite in the Oge House, a historic mansion located in Downtown San Antonio's King William Historic District and right on the Riverwalk. This suite is on the third floor and has its own private balcony facing the Riverwalk. It has our finest bathroom, all done in black and green granite with a large corner whirlpool tub and a separate frameless glass shower w/ multiple body sprays. Guests also have access to our pool and heated spa next door at our Carriage House.

Nestled in the heart of Old Town Helotes, our 107-year old house is home to our beautiful bed and breakfast upstairs and our incredible coffee shop downstairs! The space is the entire second floor! Mockingbird Suite is an attic room located above the Innkeeper/ owner's residence. The suite is Private, Quiet and Comfortable If you want peace and quiet - then this is the room for you! **No Views of the Riverwalk** - but with a french door private entrance, it's one of our largest rooms making it a great getaway. Private bathroom with a stand-up shower, King size bed, an additional twin bed and a private balcony.

This room is located on the first floor of the Oge House, a historic mansion located in Downtown San Antonio's King William Historic District. The Oge House is right on the Riverwalk. This room has its own private entrance, so there is no need to enter any shared space to enter and exit the room. Guests also have access to our pool and heated spa directly across the street at our Carriage House.
