Our home is located on the north end of Rosarito, in the private, gated community of Baja del Mar. It's situated directly on the beach, with private beach access, and unobstructed views of the ocean and Coronado islands. Welcome to "Viñas del Mar" (Vineyards of the Sea) Relax and experience Tijuana suburbs. Situated between Tijuana and Rosarito. This 2-story townhouse is located inside a safe gated community. Take a walk to the community parks (4), or to the convenience stores located inside the complex(oxxo,711,minimarket). Observe the sunset overlooking the ocean from a couple of steps from the house.
