Eiendommen er på 20 mål, beplantet med oliventrær. Det er oppført tre hus på tomta med til sammen 5 boenheter. Svømmebasseng på ca. 80 m². Leiligheten er på ca. 85 m² med 3 soverom (2 dobbeltsenger og 1 køyeseng)Vi h dersom det er b.2 bad, kjøkken/stue løsning. Det er aircondition i stuen, hoved soverommet og det minste soverommet. Leiligheten er fullt utstyrt med kjøl/frys, oppvaskmaskin, alt av kjøkkenutstyr, sengetøy og håndklær. Det er direkte utgang til en 25 m² terrasse med nydelig utsikt.
