The Beach House

This stunning house sits on a bluff directly above the ocean. Sit in the living room with a 180 degree view of the ocean, hear the waves as they roll in, watch birds of prey land on a cypress tree, and deer, foxes and other wildlife forage on the hill. Occasionally, see a whale or dolphin swimming off shore. At dusk, watch the sun set as you make dinner in the fully equipped kitchen with all new appliances. Later watch the moon and stars come out as you relax to the sound of the waves.

Eagle's Nest Treehouse Farm Stay

Eagle's Nest Treehouse Farm Stay is a tranquil, secluded, luxurious, romantic wilderness experience in a private forest on a 400 acre working ranch. Thirty feet above the forest floor you are nestled in a gorgeous, well-appointed suite of 1,000 year old polished redwood, with bathroom and amazing copper/glass forest-view shower. Shepherd Garden Cottage sits on farmland above the east shore of Tomales Bay. Cottage guests may visit sheep and llama on the property which is shared by hosts in a separate house. A private bayfront beach is available to Garden Cottage guests, a five-minute walk from the cottage. The pastoral town of Tomales (think Sunday morning bakery) is a five minute drive from the Cottage. We are .5 miles from Straus Home Ranch.
