A train does pass by a couple of blocks away on occasion and sounds its horn, so light sleepers may need a white noise app or provided fan. Non smoking/clean air property.

Welcome to our cozy cabin! We are just off I-29 in northern Missouri between St. Joseph and Platte City.  Our property is 21 acres and includes a yard of 6 acres and fields and a wooded area. There is a kitchenette with the necessary essentials and a small bath with a shower, sink and toilet. There is NO Wi-Fi so you can unplug and relax; however, we do have good cell phone signals. * If you are a traveling nurse with a contract, contact us and we can work with you on your stay length. *

Dogs are allowed but limited to 2 dogs per stay. There is a fenced front yard for dogs to roam around and play. There is a pet fee. You will be responsible for any pet clean ups in the yard. The house is perfect for a family friendly stay. No one under 25 year of age can book with us
