This fully renovated, warm and sunny apartment is self- contained and has two large bedrooms with heaters and queen beds (all linen and towels provided). It has a compact kitchen, lounge/dining area with heater/aircon, TV-DVD player, private sunny deck, and laundry with washing machine and dryer. The city centre and Mornington village are both a short drive away (or a stroll if you don't mind our famous hills), with amenities including cafes, restaurants, a supermarket, petrol station and more.

This place is brand new (completed July 2017) and recently listed Category 1 heritage building (nationally important) right in Dunedin's warehouse precinct. It is only a short walk to the Octagon. They are warm, well insulated and have everything you need for both a short or longer stay. The kitchen has an ash wood bench, induction hob and a pyrolytic oven. The decor is all natural with woolen carpets, duvet, quality cotton sheets and pillows. Also within the apartment is a small laundry.

The place is just a 3 or 4 minute drive or 15 minute walk to Dunedin Hospital, Otago University, Dunedin City Centre and the Octagon. It is also very close to Mercy Hospital, Otago Golf Club, Columba College, John McGlashan College The Forsyth Barr Stadium is only a 7 minute drive away

My place is close to the city and University with a great panorama of the surrounding harbour, hills and ocean. Restaurants and cafes are all within a short walking distance, only a 5 min walk to the main street of Dunedin - leave your car in the onsite car park. You’ll love my place because of the central location, art deco architecture with a modern renovation including new kitchen, bathroom, double glazing, heat pumps, tv and wifi.
