Situated along the beautiful camel estuary a downstairs apartment in the lower level of our home with its own access. Enter into a hallway then from here into a spacious bedroom with a king size bed and TV. Another door leads into a kitchenette, fitted with a fridge, sink area, microwave, toaster and tea and coffee making facilities. Access to a shower room is off the kitchenette and also leads to a roomy lounge providing a sofa, TV, dining table and a desk area. A 5 min walk to town centre.

These include the original water wheel, low doorways, beams and millstones which all set off this historical gem. It truly is the perfect escape from it all which seems hard to believe when, only a stroll away, you’ll find grocery shops, restaurants, pubs and ever popular Camel Trail and bike hire to cycle to Padstow or inland.
