Penitent Canyon, La Garita, hiking, mountain biking, rock climbing, 4wheeling, ATV trails, snowmobiling, skiing (Wolf Creek is 50 min drive). It has a canal running by in the summer. Welcome! We made our historic house into a duplex to provide privacy for both ourselves and our guests. The bnb enjoys the covered porch, and front door entry to a private living space. The bnb includes a comfy den, open kitchen, two dining areas, two queen size bedrooms, and full bath. As hosts, we use a side entry, and keep to our own adjoining and quietly walled off areas of the house. Our residence includes its own kitchen, bath and living spaces, so the bnb is all yours!

Only 15-20 minutes to downtown Salida and 30 minutes to Monarch Mountain Ski Area. We have a fire pit and propane grill outside the entryway.

With roughly 70 acres of wide open fields, and nearly a 1/4 mile of river front property, the views do not disappoint. The Riverside Ranch House is located not far from local mountain biking/ hiking and OHV trails for any one with recreational interests.
