This 160 Acres retreat, has a 30 acre spring fed lake all to yourself. This 160 Acre Property offers your own lake. Enjoy fishing, boating, swimming, campfires and hiking through beautiful hardwoods. Row boats, canoes and firewood are provided. Great area for ice fishing as there is many lakes close by. Location is approximately 50 miles from Marquette and 40 miles from Iron Mountain. The property has three buildings for you to use main Lodge that sleeps 20 , cabin that’s sleeps 6 and a sauna.

Welcome to Villa Mia! This fully furnished, private two bedroom home, located in the Historic North-side of Iron Mountain is minutes from downtown. Villa Mia is within walking distance to fine-dining, coffee shops, shopping and other local attractions such as the local museum and library. This family friendly home features two bedrooms: one with a king-size bed, one with a full size bed, and a queen-size sofa sleeper in the spacious living room. The large eat-in kitchen is fully equipped.

Fox Den: cozy up north cabin

Perched along the shores of picturesque Sawyer Lake, the Fox Den offers fishing, and water-sports friendly waters. A nature lovers delight, unique birds frequent the property. Evening campfires offer broad clear views of the Milky Way. This quaint property offers use of an on-site dock that can accommodate a pontoon or a boat. There is a boat launch at the adjacent park. Sawyer lake is known for excellent fishing and no watercraft restrictions. In colder seasons warm up by the wood stove.

Escape to the serene beauty of the UP at our cozy home nestled among the pines overlooking a beautiful lake. You will think of this 3 bedroom 2 bath house on the lake as your home away from home. Summer brings water sports, grilling and eating on the deck and enjoying sunsets over the lake. Winter months include accessing snowmobile trails from your front door, nearby downhill and cross country ski venues and snowshoeing. Curl up by a crackling fire at days end. Spring brings day trips to beautiful waterfalls. Fall brings hunting to mind. Plenty of wooded areas for bird and deer hunting.
