Fitch Mountain is known for its interesting local history, eclectic building styles, beautiful views, secluded neighborhoods, and friendly spirit.

Our home is a Victorian farmhouse on 7 acres in an apple orchard with a redwood grove, a pond, and barns. The main house, built in 1910 and remodeled in 1996, is surrounded by an English garden and is on a quiet country lane. The upstairs is a lovely private suite with a private entrance. We book to only one party at a time (read full description) and the home is fully air conditioned. I am a professional artist and Al is an author of children's books. (kidding) You should be a dog & cat lover! This is an active rescue and adoption center. The dogs are in kennels, but have liberty times each day and they love people! Please be a total non- smoker. This room is intended for 1 or 2 adults and 1 or 2 children, 10 or older. Your FIXED, vaccinated dog is welcome.

Immerse yourself in the late Victorian era on our country farm. The farm is 3 miles from I-5; 21 miles from Chico. Continental breakfast served. Please be aware: The bedroom is upstairs; the shower/bath is an antique clawfoot tub that may be difficult for some people to get in and out of. Dog & cats in the home, could be an allergy trigger. Access is via a 1/2 mi. gravel farm road.
