The Red Line runs frequently to Downtown, Midtown, the Museum District, the Theater District, sports stadiums, the Medical Center, and more ...every 6 minutes during peak hours, and then every 12 minutes after that (every 18 minutes late at night).
A single ride is $1.25 or an all day pass is just $3. You can purchase a fare at the station vending machine or download an app called Q-Ticketing.

A large converted downtown parking lot that is now a thriving wetland and live oak lined urban park...an incredible showcase of how humans can prioritize nature and turn a parking lot into a lot of park. You can take the Red Line with a bit of walking at the end, or bike there (if so, ask us for the best bicycle route, as you can get there on protected bicycle paths).

This is Houston's Central Park. It is a large, world class urban park with century old mature oak trees, water features, and foot paths. The Houston Zoo lives here too. The Red Line goes right to it.
