If you want to know what a pub looked like before the revolution, this is where to go. Next to Charles bridge, this is not too much of a tourist place and the prices are good. You will get excellent bier there (1 bier - one check on a piece of paper, this is how they keep track of what you drink, just like before) and classic czech food (try the Svickova, it is THE dish to try in Czech).

Want to jog or get a great view of Prague, this is the place to go. There is an old orthodox church hidden on the side of the hill, an amazing rose garden at top and lot of beautiful stone formations to explore. Definitely our favorite way to get to the top of the hill and to the castle.
