Always an interesting exhibit of local artists' work. On most weekends, there will be a very high-quality musical production--remarkable, really, for a town of 8,000. And on New Years' Eve, there is the legendary cheese drop.

This is a beautiful hike in all four seasons. There are snowshoeing areas and well-maintained cross country ski trails. This is absolutely one of my favorite places in the world to hike in.

Another hiking area, connected to the Ice Age National Scenic Trail. Gorgeous, especially in the fall; but I love it any time of year.
