Amazing cup of coffee in the DU neighborhood. Try their Kaladi Latte. They use their own syrup, with a secret ingredient, which I think must be ground up unicorn horns. It's amazing.

It has a great running trail, lots of shade and the extension of the CSU Horticulture group with a beautiful vegetable garden, the produce of which is donated to the food bank. This is a great alternative to Washington Park if you're looking for something a little less crowded.
