Experience the El Yunque Rain Forest but with out to share trails and waterfalls with hundreds of other tourists. This hidden natural water park off the beaten path and far from tourist to swing through hang on ropes and a huge natural water slide into the clear pools of the river. If you like jumps, are up to 32ft high. Beside all you can relax and simply enjoy the peace of nature. Local gems only a few lucky tourists get to see each year. If you love nature this is a must-do in. A hat, shoes with good grip such as sneaker or hiking shoes, no Flip-flops, a towel for the group and maybe a small snack. Hike as light as possible – Make sure to have breakfast. No taxi, no uber in area

La Zanja (“the Trench”, in English) is one of those places. Once photos started being posted on social media, it immediately goes on everyone’s must-visit list. Now, you’re lucky if you can be there alone.
Located in Fajardo, on the northeastern-most tip of Puerto Rico, right along the rugged coast, this little pool is a hidden gem. It is in Las Cabezas de San Juan nature reserve property, so it is not accessible by car. Getting there is a bit of a walk, but La Zanja is so pretty, it is worth the hike.

Puerto Rico’s Compañía de Parques Nacionales oversees this long stretch of beach, known to draw large crowds on weekends and holidays. Seven Seas features powdery white sands that gently slope towards the shallow, clear waters of the Atlantic Ocean. Amenities available for visitors include restrooms and showers, lifeguards on duty, security guards, as well as wheelchair access to the beach. Camping is also allowed with proper permit for a fee, or one can rent a gazebo for the night.
