You are in walking distance with the most beautiful sightseeing place in Montreal. There is a jogging track where you can workout in the morning. You can even use a Bixi (Bicycle) which has a station right next to your place and ride a bike on the track. From the top of Mount Royal, you can see the whole beauty of Montreal under your feet. There is a Chalet on the top of the mountain where you can observe the history of Montreal. There are plenty of activities going on during the summer on this breathtaking place.
