Dutch Bros coffee is roasted right here in Grants Pass! Their newly remodeled coffee house is a fun place to hang out and get a great cup of coffee. My personal favorite is their white chocolate breve (but I enjoy my coffee sweet and creamy!).

Be sure to make a reservation and let them know if you plan on ordering the ribs since they always run out. The food is very affordable. My husband and I split a full rack of ribs ($17) and always have leftovers to take home. The Mexican food is also very good and very affordable. It feels weird to make reservations at a place with plastic table cloths and a roll of paper towels on the table, but be sure you do if you plan on going there on a Friday night!

There is no shortage of beards, skinny jeans, unnecessary scarves, and slouchy beanies :) The seating is family style, and the menu is fresh and fun. Being from California, we were SO excited when we got an in-n-out in 2017! It is not for everyone--the fries arrive at the store as whole potatoes, not as partially fried frozen french fries, so they do not taste like other popular fast food chain restaurants. The burgers are grilled from fresh, never frozen, meat. I like to order my cheeseburger "animal style" which includes grilled onion, pickles, toasted bun, extra sauce, and extra lettuce & tomato. Their shakes are delicious!

This is probably the number-one tourist activity in our town. The large jet boats accommodate around 60 people but move quickly along the Rogue River. This is a beautiful and fun way to see the Hellgate Canyon and the natural beauty of our area. Most tours also include a meal: brunch, lunch, or dinner. The jetboat excursions are pretty spendy, but it is a fun a memorable experience! Be sure to book your reservation online in advance.

This is a beautiful overlook of the Rogue River Gorge. The trail is short and easy, and the views are great! It is also close to the Natural Bridge overlook, which is equally beautiful and scenic! I highly recommend stopping at both. You can hike between them, but it is a few miles. It is also close to the Natural Bridge overlook, which is equally beautiful and scenic! I highly recommend stopping at both. You can hike between them, but it is a few miles.
