Its an association of independent bus operators connected to Baguio Bus Lines Association, Inc. Its first trip is 5:00 am 'till 8:00 pm or so. Bus leaves every 15 to 20 minutes on alternate route to San Fernando City, La Union and Candon City or Bangued, Abra and at times Vigan City on ordinary coaches.
